Wille Truck Service is seeking Diesel Technicians at multiple experience levels in Oregon, WI.
- $20–$50+/hour based on experience and skill level
- Bonus potential

- Ford F-550s, Kenworths, commercial trucks, bulldozers, and off-road equipment
- Factory-level diagnostic equipment
- Training and certification reimbursement
Work and compensation are based on each technician’s skills and experience, with opportunities to take on more advanced repairs as those skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment
- Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and general service
- Troubleshoot diesel, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Service off-road and construction equipment
- Use factory-level diagnostic tools and software
- Assist with repair estimates as needed
Qualifications
- Diesel, truck, commercial vehicle, or heavy-equipment experience
- Mechanical skills appropriate to assigned repairs
- Diagnostic and electrical skills for advanced technician positions
- Ford, commercial truck, or off-road equipment experience especially valuable
- ASE or related certifications preferred but not required
- Willingness to continue developing technical skills
Shop & Diagnostic Equipment
- 10–11 service bays
- 7 lifts
- Alignment rack
- Heated work environment
- Factory-level diagnostic equipment
- Ford IDS/FDRS, GM GDS2, CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Kubota Diagmaster, PACCAR DAVIE, and Mopar/Chrysler diagnostic tools
- Tekmetric shop management and Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) workflow
Training is available for technicians without previous Tekmetric or DVI experience.
